Sponsor or Adopt One of our Flag Poles Today
We have another great opportunity for you to invest in the Veterans Freedom Park. Contributions and grants are needed to continue our growth and add unique features. We have an immediate need for sponsors of our flag poles. The cost to sponsor a flag pole is $2,500.00. If you sponsor a flag pole, you will receive a plaque with your choice of wording that can be attached to the flag pole. These cannot be for advertising purposes. We have the American Flag pole sponsored by the City of Clare and one of the branch of service flags sponsored by Veterans of Foreign Wars Sparta-Esterline Post 3039 of Farwell, MI. We have USMC, Air Force, Navy and Coast Guard flags that are still available for sponsorship. If you would like more information on this, please contact us here.

City of Clare Sponsors the American Flag Pole
The Veterans Freedom Park is proud to announce the City of Clare has sponsored The American Flag pole, located in the ‘Key to Freedom’ walkway; at the entrance of the park. We are truly grateful for the efforts they have made in becoming a part of our history, and value our partnership! Thank you for seeing the importance that this park will bring to Central Michigan. The permanent plaque to be installed on the flag pole will read:
This flagpole was purchased by the residents and business community of the city of clare in honor of all the great men and women of the State of Michigan who selflessly and honorably served our great nation as a member of the armed forces of the United States of America.
