Please join us for the Memorial Day Ceremony at our newly opened Veterans Freedom Park. We have a special program that will include guest speaker; The State of Michigan-VFW POW/MIA Director, Jim Fernandez. We will also hold a reading of the names of those killed in action from Clare County; listed on the ‘Wall of Tears’, a flag folding ceremony and the traditional program from the American Legion 404 and VFW Post 1075. Immediately following the ceremony will be our visit to the Cherry Grove Cemetery, for the Memorial Day Honors and a free luncheon to be held at the American Legion Post 404 in Harrison. All are welcome! Come be a part of the real meaning of Memorial Day, remembering and honoring those who died serving this great nation.
